Iberospinus

                               Iberospinus   Ok, dinosaurs are discovered and named all the time but this one is a little more famous then others. It was also made a new species in 2019 so it's not that new but new enough. Anyway, I will give you some basic info on this dinosaur.   Iberospinus means (Iberian spine) since it was found of the coast of The Iberian Peninsula. It was a spinosaurid which lived in the Early Creataceous. The person who discovered the Iberospinus is named Carlos Natario. The Iberospinus' bones indicate that it might of had a semi-aquatic lifestyle like it's relatives. It was about 30-33ft long, about 10-11ft in height and it would probably have weighed between 1.5-2 tons.   Although the Iberospinus is a spinosaur it's not in the spinosaurinae or baryonychinae. Spinosaurus?

 Spinosaurus? Many people confuse the Spinosaurus and the Irritator, but if you can spot these differences you may be able to tell the difference between these relatives. But Spinosaurus had other relatives that looked like it. 1. Irritators were much smaller Irratators could grow up to 26ft (8m) long, while the Spinosaurus could grow up to 59ft (19m) long! That's double its length. Now you know which was bigger. Let's move on to the next difference. 2. Irritators had smaller sails  Once again, Irritators had smaller features such as the sail on its' back which is basiclly as tall as a toddler.  The sail of the Spinosaurus was as tall as an adult basketball player. 3. Spinosaurus was heavier The Spinosaurus weighed approximately 7 metric tons and the Irratator weighed approximately 1 metric ton.  4.They lived in different places The Irritator lived in South America (current day Brazil) while the Spinosaurus lived in North Africa.
